Reverie is a one-of-a-kind original painting inspired by the strange, beautiful space between reality and imagination; the place where shapes become stories, shadows become creatures, and hidden worlds begin to appear.

Within its layered textures and dreamlike palette, a fox, fawn and whale slowly emerge through the composition, each revealing itself in a different moment of looking. None of the creatures were planned from the beginning; they appeared gradually through the movement of the paint, as though the painting was remembering them before I was.

Painted in acrylic and mixed media on canvas, this original artwork is finished with hand-applied pearl detailing, adding a subtle gilded quality that catches the light as you move around the piece.

Signed by Eri Bloom and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, Reverie is hand varnished and carefully packaged by the artist before delivery.
